What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a strong Senior Software Developer with broad experience across enterprise application development, databases, integrations and cloud technologies. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking technical ownership of solutions from initial requirements through to production.

• 5–8 years' commercial software development experience
• Strong experience designing, developing and maintaining business-critical applications
• Excellent SQL, relational database design and data modelling skills
• Experience developing APIs and enterprise integrations
• Experience building and deploying applications within cloud environments
• Good understanding of AI, LLMs and intelligent application development
• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
• Experience supporting production applications and resolving technical issues
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently own technical delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop secure, scalable and maintainable business applications
• Take ownership of solutions across design, development, testing, deployment and production support
• Build and integrate practical AI, LLM and automation solutions
• Develop APIs and integrations connecting internal and external business platforms
• Design and maintain relational databases, application data models and supporting data structures
• Contribute to the development of application, integration and AI architecture
• Ensure applications meet appropriate standards for security, performance and scalability
• Support production systems through troubleshooting, root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews and development standards
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other developers
• Support release management, application governance and continuous improvement

• Nice to HaveCommercial experience developing Generative AI / LLM applications
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings and AI agents
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications
• Previous involvement in application, integration or data architecture
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other developers
• Experience taking AI solutions from proof-of-concept through to production
