Tech stackPython, TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, WebRTC, Kubernetes and GCP. You don't need experience across all of it. Engineering ability and learning quickly matter more.

• About you2+ years commercial experience, with roles from mid level through to principal
• Product minded, comfortable owning work from problem to production
• Able to communicate technical opinions and tradeoffs clearly to different audiences
• Experience building software used by real end users
• Self directed and comfortable with changing priorities in a small team
• Startup experience highly regarded, as is strong progression at larger tech companies, financial services or consultancies
