Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our fast-growing technology team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions that optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements
• Design and develop end-to-end AI automation pipelines including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Implement and integrate large language models (LLMs) to automate natural language processes and workflows
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code to support AI/ML solutions
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration of AI services with enterprise systems
• Optimize model performance and maintain version control using best practices in MLOps
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure high quality through testing and validation
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
• Document architecture, designs, and operational procedures for deployed solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of professional experience in AI automation or related fields
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI automation solutions
• Strong knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and experience integrating them into production systems
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming for AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of machine learning lifecycle, MLOps, and model deployment best practices
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML workloads
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of NLP techniques beyond LLM integration, such as entity recognition and sentiment analysis
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Prior experience in the finance, healthcare, or government sectors
• Professional certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
