QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields, with a focus on machine learning, deep learning, and AI model deployment.

• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a product-focused AI role, with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between research and real-world implementation.
• Strong technical expertise in AI technologies such as computer vision, SLAM, reinforcement learning, sensor fusion, and real-time analytics.
• Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or industrial applications is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure), MLOps practices, and AI infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-driven products that drive business impact and align with customer needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory considerations in AI, particularly for autonomous systems (e.g., BVLOS compliance for drone operations), is a plus.
