THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI Solution Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and advanced AI capabilities, driving the development and implementation of intelligent solutions. You’ll work within cross-functional teams, using your strong technical background and product-oriented mindset to automate workflows, optimize processes, and deliver tangible business value across our operations.

• Support AI Solution Development: Assist in designing and building AI-powered solutions to automate and enhance business workflows. Work with team members to prepare and pre-process data for AI model training. Help integrate AI components into internal systems and digital products.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand process challenges and identify areas for AI/automation. Attend discovery sessions and assist in translating business needs into technical tasks with mentorship from senior engineers.
• Prototype & Experiment: Participate in the development of proof-of-concept solutions using tools such as Python, APIs, or low-code platforms. Support testing and evaluation of model performance under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Automation & Integration: Contribute to scripting and automation workflows using Python or RPA tools to reduce manual effort and streamline processes. Help set up and maintain data pipelines and integrations between systems.
• Documentation & Learning: Maintain clear technical documentation on code, processes, and solution designs. Continuously improve your understanding of AI/ML, cloud tools, and automation platforms through team learning and personal development.
• Stay Curious: Stay informed on emerging AI tools and technologies, especially in Generative AI, workflow automation, and data processing.
