Job Description As part of a global AI initiative, we are establishing a dedicated enterprise AI team and platform to design, implement, and operate AI use cases across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders and enterprise application and data owners, the AI Solution Engineer translates AI opportunities into concrete solution designs and implemented use cases, contributing hands-on where required. In close collaboration with the AI Architect, this role ensures that AI solutions are aligned with architectural standards and integrated into the enterprise landscape in a structured and scalable way. Responsibilities Translate AI opportunities into executable technical solution designs Define integration approaches together with IT and business application/data owners Implement AI use cases using enterprise AI services and LLM APIs Contribute hands-on to prototyping, integration logic, and critical solution components where required Support AI patterns such as retrieval-based solutions where required Coordinate implementation activities across business stakeholders, internal and external teams or delivery partners Ensure solutions align with architectural standards and enterprise system landscapes Qualifications Requirements 3–5 years in solution engineering, backend development, or technical implementation roles Experience working in enterprise IT environments Experience collaborating across business and IT domains Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs Strong understanding of API-based architectures Programming skills (e.g., Python or similar) Cloud experience (preferably Azure) Experience with AI application or orchestration platforms (e.g., Dify or comparable) is a plus Structured and solution-oriented mindset Strong ownership and execution focus Ability to quickly understand business processes Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders Ability to coordinate internal and external implementation partners Additional Information What we offer Flexible working conditions with remote work possibility (in-person presence is required from time to time) Opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through stimulating work, including development and implementation of new processes and tools Central office location in a modern business building Benefits package including private health insurance, sport cards, flexible monthly budgets, bonuses for special occasions, performance bonus and other Career level: Young Professionals / Professionals Type of Employment: Permanent
