ABOUT THE ROLE:

The primary objective of this role is to accelerate the adoption and integration of generative AI technologies across Siempelkamp. This includes identifying high-impact use cases, designing scalable technical solutions, and delivering both prototypes and production-ready systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement generative AI solutions from initial concept through to deployment
• Develop prototypes using Python, LangChain, and low-code/no-code platforms
• Create plugins and workflows aligned with business requirements
• Design user experiences with a focus on dialogue-based interaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, platform architects, and business stakeholders
• Manage AI-related projects in coordination with external vendors and technology partners
