Who you’ll report to:

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Providing complex technical expertise on our Agentic AI solutions. Will function as the Agentic AI expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex technical sales. This is an individual contributor role. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation expert, supporting sales teams in developing and closing complex, high-value solutions across key accounts
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, articulating business value at all levels—from line managers to C-level executives—and driving revenue through consultative selling
  • Leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary solution consulting teams to design and present tailored, competitive proposals aligned with client business needs and IT initiatives
  • Delivering compelling presentations, demos, and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, addressing client needs, objections, and integration requirements
  • Representing the company at tradeshows and industry events to generate leads, expand market presence, and foster new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders on strategic planning, product roadmap input, and continuous improvement initiatives to support long-term customer success
  • Staying current on product, sales, and industry knowledge through ongoing training and certifications, maintaining high-quality performance in a fast-paced environment

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of demonstrated full-cycle enterprise sales experience in the computer software industry, with a strong focus on closing new business and upselling automation solutions
  • Proven track record in hunting for new business with enterprise level organizations
  • Ability to travel extensively, ranging from 25% to 50% of your time, to engage with prospective clients, attend industry events, and represent our company in various capacities aimed at expanding our reach and securing new business opportunities

You excel in these competencies:

  • Deep expertise in enterprise software architecture, emerging technologies, and Agentic AI solutions, with a strong ability to quickly learn and apply new innovations
  • Proven success presenting complex, value-driven solutions to C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, business justification, and persuasive presentation techniques
  • Skilled at collaborating within dynamic, creative teams to solve problems and drive business transformation
  • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, with a proactive, self-motivated approach to delivering high-quality results
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and effectively engaging both technical and non-technical audiences

The salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $300,000 – $320,000 and outside of those locations is $280,000 – $300,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
