As a AI Solutions Sales Consultant, you’ll play a client-facing, revenue-driving role, owning discovery, qualifying opportunities, and selling high-value AI solutions and business automation. You’ll use business analysis as a tool to uncover pain, build trust, and close deals, while guiding clients toward scalable, outcome-driven solutions. \n In this role you will Prospect and engage Transport & Logistics Industry organizations to identify AI and digital transformation opportunities Lead discovery and qualification conversations with business owners and senior stakeholders Sell AI audits and AI agent deployments Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close, including proposal development and commercial discussions Build and manage a qualified pipeline and contribute directly to revenue targets Ask the right questions to uncover operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and growth constraints Translate business challenges into clearly scoped, value-driven AI and technology solutions Define high-level business processes, requirements, and success metrics to support solution design Act as a bridge between clients and delivery teams to ensure alignment on scope, outcomes, and expectations Support onboarding and early implementation phases to ensure adoption and measurable impact Build trusted advisor relationships with clients post-sale Identify upsell and expansion opportunities as client needs evolve Ensure clients clearly understand the value delivered and outcomes achieved What you will bring 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or solution selling (technology, services, or complex offerings). Proven ability to lead discovery, handle objections, and close complex, consultative deals. Strong business acumen with the ability to discuss operations, growth, and ROI with executives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English. Deep industry expertise in Transport & Logistics (logistics, freight, or transportation) that allows you to: Quickly identify the complex, time-sensitive, and high-stakes operational challenges unique to the industry. Speak the client's language and immediately establish trust and credibility. Bypass surface-level conversations to guide clients toward scalable AI solutions. Ensure solutions deliver measurable ROI in critical areas like fleet optimization, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency. Expected to leverage an existing industry network of contacts to efficiently drive new business development and market penetration.
