Essential requirements· 10+ years development experience. Microsoft Ecosystem strongly preferred (C#, dotnet, Entra, Copilot)· 5+ years hands on experience with the Azure Cloud Platform, covering a broad range of Azure resource types including AI Foundry· 3+ years experience working with frontier AI tools and models, including OpenAI, Claude and Gemini families· Hands on experience with DevOps implementing CI/CD pipelines, incorporating LLMOps/MLOps. Knowledge of Github Actions strongly preferred· Hands on experience of multiple high level architecture patterns, incorporating multiple orchestration frameworks, RAG techniques, and monitoring solutions such as Langfuse· Hands on experience with designing and building platform integrations to a mature standard, comprising of APIs and MCPs· Hands on experience with messaging queues (Azure Service Bus preferred) and asynchronous architectures· Development experience with Python· Knowledge of serverless technologies. Azure Functions preferred.· Hands on experience working with both structured and unstructured data. MSSQL Server, PostgresSQL and Azure Cosmos preferred.· Demonstratable experience with handling multiple internal and external stakeholders, including engaging with third party suppliers· Demonstratable experience of priority and time management, including delivering viable solutions on time sensitive projects· Demonstratable experience working on multi-year, multi-phase development projects involving multiple different technologies· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
