We specialize in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance support for businesses in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private Equity and Government. We’re expanding our AI capabilities and are hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to lead AI strategy and delivery.

JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Consultant who can help design and implement AI-powered solutions for our diverse client base. You’ll work directly with internal teams and client stakeholders to turn business challenges into AI-driven solutions. This role bridges the gap between AI technologies and real business outcomes, helping our clients streamline deal analysis, automate workflows, and uncover insights across their investment lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have experience with machine learning, cloud platforms, and consulting — and a passion for turning complex data into smart decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in AI, data science, or analytics consulting
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with private equity, finance, or enterprise consulting is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fiel

• Identify AI/ML use cases in private equity (e.g., due diligence, deal scoring, financial modeling)
• Design and prototype AI solutions using LLMs, predictive analytics, and NLP
• Collaborate with technical teams to build and deploy models in cloud environments
• Guide clients on AI-readiness, architecture, and implementation roadmaps

• Present findings and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
