Job Summary We seek a motivated AI Solutions Consultant with a background in business development and a keen interest in AI. This role involves identifying new AI business opportunities, requirements engineering, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.

What we need to see from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2-4 years in business development, solutions consulting, or market analysis. Experience in AI or BI/Data & Analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Data science for business, including data analysis, visualization, and storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, Databricks Platform, Azure AI Services, M365 AI Technologies, and AI Ethics and Governance.
• Self-motivated, diligent, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with AI and data science trends

• Understand needs, processes, and challenges to gather requirements and translate them into detailed AI business use cases.
• Identify AI and machine learning applications to solve business problems, collaborating with data scientists to develop solutions.
• Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to develop AI use cases and ensure successful rollout.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand AI product offerings and market presence.
• Identify and evaluate new AI business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform product development and business decisions.
• Document requirements, analysis findings, and recommendations. Prepare reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external collaborators.
• Define the return on investment and value of AI business use cases and assist in implementing a measuring system.
• Manage multiple AI use cases, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Run AI solutions through the AI Governance process with Security, DPO, and Legal departments.
