Description

The RoleIdentify opportunities to use AI agents, GenAI and automation to improve business processes and existing software products.
Design, build and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, LangChain and APIs.
Analyse complex workflows, data and systems, translating business problems into practical technical solutions.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams across design, development, testing and deployment.
Help establish a dedicated AI agent capability, taking solutions from concept through to production.

What We're Looking ForApproximately 3–7 years' experience in technology consulting, software delivery, AI or a similarly technical environment.
Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, GenAI applications or automated workflows.
Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, APIs and automation, ideally including LangGraph or LangChain.
Strong software development understanding, ideally with Python, SQL and systems integration experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with software engineers.
A technology consulting background is highly advantageous.
Experience in financial services, capital markets, investment management or FinTech is beneficial but not essential.
