Description

Responsibilities Design, build, deploy and support AI-powered solutions that improve business processes, knowledge management and operational efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and integrate AI into existing workflows and systems.
Develop and maintain AI applications, agents and automations using Microsoft AI technologies.
Design effective prompts, grounding strategies and knowledge integrations to deliver reliable AI outputs.
Build reusable AI components and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Evaluate third-party AI tools and platforms, building proofs of concept and supporting build-versus-buy decisions.
Ensure solutions are secure, explainable, auditable and compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
Support user adoption, testing, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
