Today we work with real estate businesses in the UK and US, automating complex tasks, extracting valuable insights from documents, and empowering professionals to focus on high-impact work. Our AI workspace transforms how large investment managers and developers handle leases, development documents, and investment decisions.
We’re a London and New York based startup with ample runway, backed by Tier 1 European and American investors. Our founders, Johnny Morris and Dr. Kate Jarvis bring a powerful blend of expertise (and spice ️): Johnny has 17+ years applying data and analytics to Real Estate, while Kate holds a Stanford PhD and 12 years of executive experience across Silicon Valley and London startups.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll have solid experience working with AI technology and a proven track record of applying it to business challenges. You’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
You’ve got real-world experience putting AI to work in businesses, and you love digging into how customers operate to find where we can make a difference. Details don’t slip past you; you’re comfortable wading through lengthy documents to get the full picture. As someone who picks up new skills quickly, you’re energised by the fast-paced world of startups. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through in everything you do, and you have a knack for working directly with customers.

You’ll have:

• SAAS solutions, implementation or pre-sales experience with a complex product
• Proven track record of taking ownership of client deliverables—and actually delivering them (or having a good story about failing)
• Ability to translate from technical to non-technical audiences without breaking a sweat
• High attention to detail and large capacity to get into DOCUMENTS, we’re talking thousands of pages of real estate contracts
• Grit and determination, you run at problems, not away from them. You’re explicitly up for long hours, tight deadlines, and moments of heroism
• A good understanding of genAI fundamentals

• Semi-pro at prompt engineering with a deep passion for it—you’ve got the bug

• Some software engineering experience—vibe level, not necessarily writing production code
• Start-up or scale-up experience—you know what it means to wear multiple hats
• Real estate, law, or other relevant industry expertise

Reporting to our CPO and Founder Johnny Morris, you’ll be spending your time bridging the gap between our LLM powered technology and our enterprise customers’ unique needs, working directly with customers to understand their workflows, designing and implementing custom solutions using our genAI platform.
