Full-Stack Automation Development: Use Make, Zapier, or similar tools combined with custom JavaScript, APIs, and webhooks to build logic-rich, scalable workflows. AI Agent Development: Build and refine AI agents (voice and chat) that perform actions, respond intelligently, and integrate with CRMs, support systems, and databases. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively identify gaps, test solutions, resolve errors, and continuously iterate to improve performance. Client-Facing Engineering Support: Join client calls to explain systems, debug in real-time, and advise on optimization approaches. Documentation & Handoff: Create clear documentation of workflows, logic maps, and backend integrations for clients and teammates. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in technical automation or software engineering roles Skilled in JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, and backend logic flows Experienced with AI tool integrations, particularly ChatGPT, Claude, or voice LLM agents Proficient with Make, Zapier, and process orchestration tools Strong understanding of data structures, logic trees, and automation design patterns Able to debug and problem-solve across multiple systems and tech stacks Bonus: Familiar with Voice AI tools like ElevenLabs, Vapi, Decagon, Twilio, OpenPhone, Aircall, or other telephony APIs Bonus: Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer-facing automation architecture 📋 Application Process Overview Our comprehensive selection process ensures we find the right fit for both you and our clients: Initial Application - Submit your application and complete our prequalifying questions Video Introduction - Record a brief one-way video introduction to showcase your communication skills Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable) Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team Executive Interview - Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment Client Interview - Final interview with the client team you'd be supporting Job Offer - Successful candidates receive a formal offer to join the team Each stage is designed to evaluate your fit for the role while giving you insights into our company culture and expectations.
