As a Founding AI Engineer , you will be responsible for a visionary product at the intersection of AI, UX, and knowledge management . You will design, implement, and improve an AI-based system that automatically interviews subject matter experts, captures their implicit knowledge, and makes this knowledge usable across the company through various formats and interfaces.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and pilot customers to understand real needs, test hypotheses, and bring working prototypes to market early on. This role is n't just a job —it's an opportunity to help shape a high-impact product from the ground up .

How you can make an impact

• Design and implement the AI ​​interview process , which uses AI voice agents to dynamically ask meaningful questions and capture in-depth expertise.
• Build and orchestrate a transcript-to-knowledge pipeline that structures, processes, sustainably stores, and provides expert knowledge gathered in interviews.
• Design and implement AI agents to make the captured knowledge available across different formats and interfaces within the company.
• Conduct user interviews with subject matter experts and knowledge managers to validate needs and continuously improve the system.
• Take responsibility for the end-to-end product – from AI agents and data pipelines to an intuitive frontend.
• Work closely with the product and development team on goals, experiments, and vision. You are both a hands-on developer and a product-driven thinker .

Skills to be successful

• Deep technical understanding : You can independently design, implement, and scale complex AI and software solutions end-to-end. (Tech Stack: Next.js, LiveKit, LangGraph/LangChain, Azure, OpenAI, TypeScript, Python)
• Conceptual strength : You can design, evaluate, and translate technical solutions to challenging problems into viable architectures.
• Product thinking : You don't just think in lines of code, but in user needs and added value.
• Ownership & Hands-on Mentality: You work independently and proactively, take responsibility and communicate clearly.
• User Empathy : You already have experience with user interviews and have a genuine interest in how people think and work.
• Bonus: Experience with knowledge graphs, knowledge management, or knowledge engineering.
