You are the crucial first link in our AI value chain. You will work side-by-side with business leaders to understand their challenges and opportunities, translating them into elegant, effective, and feasible AI system blueprints. Your expertise will lie in navigating the rapidly-evolving landscape of AI, especially Generative AI, to design solutions that are not just technically impressive, but also secure, compliant, and commercially viable.
You will define the path forward, creating the detailed architectural plans that our AI Ops Engineers will then build and operate. If you are passionate about solving puzzles, communicating a vision, and designing the future of AI in a business, this is your ideal role.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven Solution Design Experience: Demonstrable experience in a role like AI/ML Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or a Senior Data Scientist with a strong focus on solution design and stakeholder management.
• Deep Generative AI Expertise: A strong, practical understanding of the modern Generative AI landscape, including Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, and key techniques like RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Business Acumen & Communication: You are an exceptional communicator who can confidently engage with senior business leaders, understand their strategic goals, and translate them into technical reality.
• Hands-on Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience building proofs-of-concept or initial versions of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, data analysis tools, RAG systems) to demonstrate feasibility.
• Broad Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of cloud platforms (GCP and Vertex AI preferred), APIs, data systems, and general software architecture principles.

SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT (HIGHLY DESIRABLE):

• Portfolio of Designed Solutions: A portfolio or collection of case studies/architectural diagrams demonstrating AI solutions you have designed.
• Experience with AI Governance: Familiarity with frameworks and tools for AI security, explainability, and bias detection.
• Knowledge of MLOps Principles: While not an MLOps role, understanding the operational lifecycle helps in designing deployable and maintainable systems.
