About the role You'll be embedded in our core engineering and solutions team from day one, working directly with enterprise customers and contributing to real production systems. This isn't a shadowing role. You'll build, test, and ship alongside some of the sharpest AI and data engineers in the field, on problems that sit at the frontier of enterprise AI. Responsibilities- Work closely with the solutions engineering team to onboard and support enterprise customers on Flexor's AI Context Engine Build and run evaluations to benchmark model performance across large-scale, diverse enterprise data Collaborate on technical demos, production deployments, and customer integrations Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field Strong Python and SQL fundamentals, with comfort working with APIs and developer tools Genuine curiosity about LLMs, VLMs, AI systems, and the future of enterprise data Excellent written and spoken English; you'll be working with international customers and engaging with cutting-edge research Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment Strong problem-solving instincts and a bias for action
