This is a remote position. We are seeking a versatile AI Solutions Specialist to lead the charge in designing, building, and deploying custom AI agents across our ecosystem. This isn't just a role for a "user"; we need an architect who can bridge the gap between complex business logic and generative AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of moving beyond simple chat interfaces to create autonomous agents that handle automation, seamless application integration, and high-level creative output. Key Responsibilities Agent Architecture: Design and deploy multi-functional AI agents tailored for specific departments, including marketing automation, UI/UX design workflows, and internal data processing. System Integration: Connect AI models to existing software stacks (CRMs, ERPs, project management tools) via APIs to create cohesive, automated ecosystems. Advanced Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and refine complex prompt libraries using techniques like Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot prompting, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Workflow Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks and build AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and reduce lead times. Optimization & Scaling: Monitor agent performance, refine model outputs for accuracy and brand voice, and scale successful pilots into company-wide tools. Requirements Required Experience & Skills Category Requirement Proven Track Record Portfolio of deployed AI agents or documented case studies of AI integrations. Technical Proficiency Deep understanding of LLM architectures (GPT-4, Claude 3.5, Gemini 1.5 Pro) and their specific strengths. Integration Tools Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com) and API orchestration. Prompt Engineering Mastery of technical prompt construction to eliminate hallucination and ensure structural output (JSON, Markdown, etc.). Domain Versatility Ability to pivot between creative (marketing/design) and logic-based (automation/coding) AI applications.
