Translate operational needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions. Train end users and create documentation to ensure adoption and effective utilization. Continuous Innovation Stay current on emerging AI tools, Copilot enhancements, and automation technologies. Recommend new use cases and opportunities for AI-driven efficiency. Help develop a roadmap for enterprise AI adoption at Riggs CAT. Success Metrics Reduction in manual processing time across targeted workflows. Increased throughput per employee in automated areas. Measurable ROI on automation initiatives. User adoption and satisfaction. Reduction in process errors and rework. Requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in automation, business systems development, or applied software solutions. Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio). Experience integrating APIs and working with structured data sources. Strong process-mapping and analytical skills. Ability to translate business needs into working, hands-on solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI-enabled workflows, agents, or chatbot solutions. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems. Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools. Understanding of change management and user adoption strategies. Core Competencies Systems thinker with strong business acumen. Process-driven and ROI-focused. Comfortable working across departments. Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences). Self-starter with innovation mindset. Why This Role Matters This role is critical to Riggs CAT’s long-term scalability strategy.
