OVERVIEW

We have a very unique organization, and looking for a very ambitious person with exceptional AI talent. There are currently 3 very different enterprises: Law Firm, Distribution Company, Real Estate Investing and Management. Each is very different than the next. To complicate matters more, the Principal wants to use the combined talent across the companies to create a Venture Fund, with the focus being on creating another company in the AI space. The ideal candidate would be somebody that is excited to learn about each industry, how each company currently operates, find the bottlenecks and pain points, develop AI (Agents or otherwise) to create efficiencies across the board, and help with the formation of this new yet unnamed venture. The candidate would be under the guidance of our CMO, who has extensive AI experience. However, we are looking for a bright star, that is exceptionally talented, that wants to join an enterprise that’s very well positioned for substantial growth. We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented AI Specialist, someone that knows the industry inside and out, and is at the top of the talent pool. The position will entail a lot, and a lot of responsibility will be given to this one person, but the opportunity is very substantial for someone that can deliver.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and SAS.
• Knowledge of database design principles and SQL for data management.
• Familiarity with AWS services for cloud-based deployments.
• Understanding of natural language processing techniques.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Looker and Talend.
• Ability to work with linked data concepts and quantum engineering principles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on model training and deployment strategies.
