We are now looking for a hands-on AI Specialist who will accelerate AI adoption across our Professional Services and Customer Success teams. With around 100 employees in these functions, we are on a mission to work smarter. In this role, you will act as an internal consultant and serve as both a project leader and change manager — identifying use cases, building solutions, guiding teams, and ensuring that AI delivers real, measurable value in our daily operations. What You Will Do Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across Professional Services and Customer Success. Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and recommend suitable tools or solutions. Lead AI pilots from concept to delivery, ensuring feasibility and measurable impact. Integrate AI tools (e.g., copilots, chatbots, apps) into our systems and workflows. Work with API integrations and drive automation of repetitive or inefficient processes. Lead change management efforts to secure adoption and long-term value. Run workshops, demos, and training sessions to build AI literacy across the teams. Support governance work to ensure secure, ethical, and compliant AI usage. Collaborate with IT, Legal, Security, and other key stakeholders when evaluating and implementing tools. Track results, gather feedback, and continuously improve AI solutions What will you bring: Technical Competence Experience with API integrations Basic backend/scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) Cloud fundamentals (Azure or AWS) Experience with a automation tool Understanding of AI tools and LLM technology (e.g., OpenAI, Copilot, Grok) Databases + SQL knowledge (basic level) Who You Are You have a genuine interest in the AI space and stay curious about new developments. You have worked in SaaS and Professional Services or Customer Success before, and understand how delivery organizations in a SaaS-company operate. You understand how modern AI technologies—such as GenAI, LLMs, and machine learning—can create real value in business processes, and you have experience driving projects all the way from initial idea through pilot phase to full rollout. With a strong background in change management, you know how to guide teams through new ways of working and ensure lasting adoption. You also bring a visionary mindset and genuinely enjoy shaping the future of how teams operate and collaborate. Responsibilities
