Key Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled AI Specialist to leverage the potential of AI to drive Körber’s sustainability initiative: We contribute to sustainability with our technological power and expertise. In this role, you will help enhance and automate ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) reporting processes, particularly in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) including EU Taxonomy, and contribute to improving ESG ratings and rankings (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP. Develop, program, test and implement AI-driven solutions Automate data flows and reporting processes Identify and integrate relevant ESG data sources Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor ESG performance Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Körber (e.g., sustainability team, IT, data owners); particularly close cooperation with the Head of Sustainability at Körber AG and the central sustainability team at the Hamburg headquarters Your profile Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or Sustainability Management with a focus on or proven skills in Data Science, Computer Science Experience with AI/ML technologies, ideally in a reporting or sustainability context Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g.,Power BI) At least 2-3 years of professional experience Helpful is a good to deep understanding and knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy); familiarity with ESG ratings and rankings is a plus Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement Excellent analytical skills, independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Fluent in English; German is a plus Enthusiasm for sustainability What we offer Opportunity to contribute to a forward-looking sustainability strategy Flexible working hours and remote work Innovative, interdisciplinary team environment Employee benefits such as bonuses, cafeteria, Körber sports club, health fund, pension fund Our recruitment team is happy to support you: toborzas.hungaria@koerber.hu Please apply exclusively via the “Apply now” button on the job portal.
