SUMMARY

We’re hiring a key contributor to our team! Our AI Specialist will report directly to the Controller and collaborate closely with our CEO, and assist our various teams. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall business operations. This position is integral to leveraging AI technologies to enhance the performance and scalability of our current and future services. Together we will be a leader in small business AI integrations, education, and partnerships.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript, with experience in AI and machine learning frameworks..
  • Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Experience with one or more of the following cloud-based AI platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenAI.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

We specialize in working with investors to manage, grow, and optimize their real estate portfolios or an exit strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing our AI services, across all our brands, and help us build out new services as we innovate for our future growth.
  • Develop and deploy AI models and tools to automate routine processes, including lease management, rent collection, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with our teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration within our brands.
  • Analyze and clean datasets to ensure accurate AI predictions and outputs.
  • Optimize client and tenant communication through AI tools, such as chatbots or sentiment analysis platforms.
  • Train and educate team members on the use of AI tools and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain the performance of AI systems, troubleshooting and updating as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI technology and evaluate their potential applications for the company.
  • Document all AI workflows, processes, and updates for internal use and compliance.
  • Assist in other technology-related initiatives as assigned.
  • Implement ethical and unbiased AI systems, prioritizing fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Integrate AI tools with existing systems like accounting tools, CRM software, and property management platforms.
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize AI insights for decision-making, especially for team members unfamiliar with raw data or technical outputs.
  • Assess whether an AI initiative delivers tangible ROI, avoiding unproven technologies.
  • Manage end-to-end AI projects, from identifying business needs to deployment and iteration, ensuring smooth execution of AI strategies.
