OVERVIEW

Iteria.us is seeking an experienced and visionary AI Strategist to consult with clients on developing AI roadmaps and enterprise strategies that drive innovation and real-world business value. In this role, you’ll lead engagements that blend deep AI/ML technical knowledge with strategic planning to help our clients harness AI across their organizations.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor—guiding stakeholders through ideation, alignment, and implementation of transformative AI initiatives. This is a high-impact role positioned at the intersection of emerging technology, business transformation, and long-term innovation strategy.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field required.
Master’s degree or AI certifications (e.g., MIT’s AI for Business Strategy) preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in AI, machine learning, or technology strategy roles
• At least 2 years in a leadership, advisory, or enterprise strategy capacity
• Proven success in designing and executing AI initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience in consulting, enterprise digital transformation, or technology-led change is a strong advantage

• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, business-focused insights
• Strategic mindset with a bias toward action and impact
• Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and leadership skills, particularly in client-facing environments
