This role requires strong agile experience and certification and works closely with business GMs to ensure initiatives are structured and delivered effectively.    This role is a key part of the triad of AI Strategy (new concepts), Stream Business Owner, and Stream Product Owner, working collaboratively to translate strategic vision into operational delivery reality.      Come along for a new journey   You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our AI team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:   Agile Delivery: Lead agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs to ensure structured delivery of AI initiatives. Use Case Development: Translate strategic business needs into actionable AI use cases. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business GMs and cross-functional teams to align delivery with strategic goals. Enablement: Support the adoption of AI tools and practices across the organisation Facilitate: Co-design workshops with end-users to ensure AI solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user requirements.  Champion AI capability and remit at RACV: Acting as an internal ambassador for AI through showcases, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Oversee Risk Management: Overseeing ethical and legally compliant use of AI, and change management programs     What you’ll need to be successful   3+ years’ experience designing and implementing strategic initiatives and/or large-scale technology projects from inception through to completion or BAU 2+ years’ experience in Product Ownership and agile delivery  Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments. Agile certification preferred. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
