This role is designed for someone who may not have formal qualifications in AI or automation but who has a real passion for technology, learns through YouTube, forums, and trial and error, and wants to play a key part in shaping the future of automation in a real-world business environment.

• Build and test automation workflows using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier)
• Research and explore the latest developments in AI and automation
• Identify business processes that can be improved or fully automated
• Use platforms like Notion (which we use heavily) to centralise knowledge, track progress, and manage tasks
• Create and refine AI agents to assist with admin tasks, project coordination, data management, and more
• Trial new tools, learn from failures, and iterate to get to a working solution
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their challenges and provide smart solutions
• Document workflows in a clear, simple way for others to follow
