What You’ll Do: Own the full lifecycle of Heritage’s technology systems, including development, deployment, maintenance, and optimization across internal and guest-facing platforms Build and manage applications, automations, and integrations that support business operations, data flow, and team efficiency Maintain and enhance internal systems including dashboards, workflows, identity/access management, and communication infrastructure Manage and optimize guest-facing technology including websites, digital experiences, and integrations with PMS, guest data platforms, and related systems Ensure all systems align with luxury hospitality standards in performance, usability, and design quality Leverage AI-driven development tools to accelerate delivery, improve workflows, and scale technical capabilities Produce clear, structured documentation including system architecture, implementation guides, and operational references Identify inefficiencies, simplify systems, and implement scalable solutions that improve performance and reduce manual effort Partner with leadership to execute technical priorities and contribute to long-term technology strategy Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including a 25% match for 401k! Requirements Willing to work out of our corporate office in New Mexico with some travel around the state if directed by CIO Proven experience with AI-assisted development workflows and automation Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Proficiency with Git, version control, and deployment processes Experience with APIs, system integrations, and databases Working knowledge of networking and DNS Strong technical writing and documentation skills Ability to navigate vendor systems and solve problems with limited documentation Highly autonomous with strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience with Cloudflare or similar infrastructure platforms Python or scripting experience Experience with enterprise systems (SSO, permissions, provisioning) Website development (CMS or static site generators) Familiarity with hospitality technology systems Experience with multi-site operations, networking, or monitoring tools
