Job Title: AI & Enterprise Systems Specialist – Hybrid (Boston, MA) Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN AI & ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS SPECIALIST:

• Implement and manage AI tools (including Copilot and other large language models) to enhance business processes.
• Provide support for both cloud and local infrastructure platforms (Windows/Linux, M365, Azure, VMWare, Nutanix).
• Work collaboratively on initiatives for service delivery, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
• Investigate and assess new technologies to boost organizational efficiency and security.
• Educate and assist various teams with the adoption and use of AI systems and applications.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
