You’ll lead the charge in deploying AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation tools to transform our customer service and back-office administration processes. Your mission is to streamline operations and drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency, increase team throughput, and foster innovation by creatively integrating diverse systems and tools. This role demands a curious, creative problem solver with a knack for experimenting with new technologies and integrating them into current systems and workflows. While coding skills are not required, expertise in prompt engineering and a talent for combining various tools into ingenious solutions are essential.
