YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:AS THE AI TEAM LEAD, YOU WILL BE A PLAYER-COACH, GUIDING A TALENTED TEAM OF 1-2 AGENT ENGINEERS AND DATA SCIENTISTS WHILE ALSO ROLLING UP YOUR SLEEVES TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE CODE. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading and Mentoring: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the AI team. Guide the professional growth of your team members, providing both technical and career mentorship.
• Project and Technical Leadership: Develop and execute the AI strategy, aligning it with our company’s goals and product roadmap. You will oversee the end-to-end machine learning and/or Agentic solution development lifecycle, from ideation and project planning to deployment and monitoring in production.
• Hands-On Development: This isn’t just a management role. We’re looking for a leader who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. You will be expected to actively participate in the development process, architecting and coding important modules and providing technical guidance to solve complex challenges.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product Leads, software engineers, and designers to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and improvements. You will be responsible for clearly communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, particularly in Agentic LLMs, and evaluate their potential application to our products.
