We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to guide our dynamic engineering team in developing innovative solutions using AI and driving projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, experienced with AI, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for cutting-edge technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that align with our organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams with a focus on software development or data engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, Python, and familiarity with Bash (Unix shell).
• Strong understanding of big data technologies and frameworks including Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and tools like TensorFlow is highly desirable.
• Solid background in database design principles and SQL proficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
