What you’ll do

• Set the technical direction for an AI product already in production. You’ll decide with product and design what gets built, how, and in what order.
• Build features end to end in TypeScript, from data models and APIs through to the interface.
• Own the reliability of LLM features after launch. That covers evaluation datasets, regression testing, monitoring, cost and latency, and fixing things when model behaviour shifts.
• Prototype new approaches quickly in Python and take the ones that work into production.
• Mentor one engineer, run regular one-to-ones, and help shape how the team grows.
