• Responsibilities:

• Hands-on design, development, and deployment of advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

• • Foster agility within the team, promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all AI initiatives.
• Oversee the work of AI Leads and their teams, ensuring alignment with the broader company goals.
• Drive the formulation, planning, and execution of AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to define AI strategy and priorities.
• Ensure the quality, robustness, and scalability of AI systems and models deployed.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI solutions into various business units and processes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and research advancements, applying these insights to ongoing projects.
• Uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality, security, and ethical considerations in all AI applications.
• Communicate AI insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Job requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI and data science, with at least 5 years in a hands on and leadership role.

• Hands-on experience in successfully managing and delivering large-scale AI projects.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions in a business context.
• Extensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, computer vision, generative AI, and other cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and expertise with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data architecture, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor AI professionals, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Agility in managing and adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align AI efforts with organisational goals and objectives.
