Description

12+ years of software development experience with at least 4+ years in AI/ML or GenAI solution delivery. Strong technical leadership and people management skills with proven delivery of enterprise-scale AI projects. Proficiency in Python (3.x), and hands-on understanding of ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Experience in architecting or managing GenAI systems using RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (Elastic, Pinecone, Milvus). Working knowledge of GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Crew.ai. Familiarity with MLOps pipelines (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining, drift detection) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes). Exposure to cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI) and modern data architectures. Deep understanding of Responsible AI, governance, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to bridge technical and business teams. If Prior exposure to Telecom, BFSI, or large enterprise AI adoption programs will be added advantage Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud (Azure/AWS), or Project Management (PMP, Agile). Education: B.E, BTech or MCA regular degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Minimum years of relevant Experience: 12+ years.
