About the Role: You’ll work closely with engineering and product leadership to bring intelligent features into production—using LLMs, automation, and analytics to solve real customer pain points. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and execution-focused. Build Fast, Learn Fast Work directly with developers to ship AI-powered features—from scratchpad to production. Manage work in Linear, use Cursor with Claude 4 and Claude Code for prototyping and rapid feedback. Collaborate across teams to validate and improve functionality through magnitude. run for QA. Monitor product behavior and iterate using PostHog for analytics and user insights. AI Execution, Not Theory Translate customer problems into practical AI use cases—no ivory tower ML here. Ship smart workflows and LLM-powered experiences like natural language search, automation, or intelligent recommendations. Deliver incremental value fast, improve continuously, and adapt based on usage patterns. Operate Like a Startup No long specs, no standing meetings—just focused discussions, async updates, and fast delivery. Build alongside engineers, designers, and support leads in an agile, high-trust environment.
