Senior AI Technology Adoption Specialist - Glean & Enterprise AI Department: Data & Analytics (Central) Level: Senior Individual Contributor Location: Bangalore About This Role We're seeking an experienced AI Technology Adoption Specialist to drive the successful deployment and adoption of Glean and other cutting-edge AI technologies across our organization. As part of our central Data & Analytics team, you'll be the bridge between innovative AI capabilities and tangible business value, ensuring our AI investments translate into measurable outcomes and widespread user engagement. This role combines technical expertise with change management acumen, requiring someone who can both build sophisticated automations and inspire teams to embrace new ways of working. You'll serve as our internal AI evangelist and subject matter expert, leading the charge on enterprise AI adoption while delivering concrete business impact. Key Responsibilities AI Technology Deployment & Optimization Lead the enterprise-wide rollout of Glean's knowledge discovery platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows Design and implement custom automations and integrations that maximize the value of AI tools across business units Continuously optimize AI tool configurations based on usage patterns, feedback, and evolving business needs Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliant and secure AI technology deployments User Adoption & Change Management Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies that drive meaningful engagement with AI technologies Create compelling training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation Lead hands-on workshops and training sessions for different user personas and skill levels Establish feedback loops to understand user challenges and iterate on adoption approaches Track and analyze adoption metrics, identifying barriers and opportunities for improvement Community of Practice Leadership Build and nurture a community of AI champions and power users across the organization Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions, showcasing success stories and emerging use cases Mentor colleagues on AI tool capabilities and advanced features Stay current with AI technology trends and evangelize new opportunities to stakeholders Business Impact & Measurement Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI technology implementation Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to quantify business impact and ROI Conduct regular assessments of AI tool effectiveness and user satisfaction Prepare executive-level reports demonstrating measurable benefits and adoption progress Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with data governance, data management, and ML teams to ensure AI tools align with enterprise data strategy Collaborate with business analysts to identify process improvement opportunities through AI automation Support the broader Data & Analytics organization's mission of democratizing data and analytics capabilities Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in technology adoption, change management, or similar roles within enterprise environments AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly enterprise search and knowledge management platforms (Glean experience highly preferred) Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation tools, APIs, and integration platforms; comfortable with SQL, Python, or similar languages Change Management: Proven track record of driving technology adoption and organizational change at scale Communication: Exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Analytics Mindset: Experience with measuring and reporting on technology adoption metrics and business impact Collaboration: Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace AI, Anthropic Claude, etc.) Background in data governance, analytics, or business intelligence Certification in change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, etc.) Previous experience in a central data/analytics organization Knowledge of data privacy and AI governance frameworks What Success Looks Like 90 Days: Complete comprehensive assessment of current AI tool landscape and user needs Develop detailed adoption strategy and implementation roadmap Launch initial Glean pilot with key user groups 6 Months: Achieve 70%+ adoption rate among target user segments Establish thriving community of practice with regular engagement Deliver 3+ measurable business impact use cases 12 Months: Demonstrate quantifiable ROI from AI technology investments Scale successful adoption patterns across the enterprise Position organization as AI-forward with measurable competitive advantages Why Join Our Data & Analytics Team Lead cutting-edge AI initiatives that directly impact business strategy Work with a forward-thinking team committed to data-driven decision making Opportunity to shape the future of how our organization leverages AI technology Access to latest AI tools and technologies with budget for continuous learning Collaborative environment where your expertise will drive meaningful organizational change #LI-NN1 There’s no perfect candidate.
