YOUR SKILLS

Must have

Diploma: A Master’s degree in AI, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in leading technology transformation projects, ideally with AI and broader automation solutions catered to fund management and/or regulatory compliance workflows.
Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical problem-solving, results-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation.

Nice to have

Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
Experience in scaling technology-driven prototypes across teams for continuous improvement.
In-depth knowledge of fund industry and emerging trends in technology adoption
