We are looking for an AI Transformation Lead (m/f/d) for our central AI Office in Hamburg, Cologne or Munich as soon as possible.

As an AI Transformation Lead, you are directly responsible for the entire AI transformation of a specific area: either our brokerage business at Leading Brokers United or the underwriting business at WECOYA. You will visit the business units and subsidiaries, speak with local managers, understand their processes, and drive the transformation from there. You will document processes, reimagine them with AI, and ensure that solutions are not only built but also actively used.

You are responsible for projects: from identifying the right use cases to embedding them within the organization. The role requires someone who thinks structurally, motivates people, and operates equally well between the executive level and day-to-day operations.

Your tasks

• You take end-to-end responsibility for your projects: from identifying the right use cases and managing stakeholders to successful productive deployment: identification, prioritization, and implementation of AI use cases from the initial idea to productive use.
• Recording and analyzing existing business processes, critically questioning and redesigning them with AI (you rethink processes from the ground up, not just more efficiently)
• You will take over the relationship with local managing directors and department heads, act as the primary strategic contact person for AI transformation, and drive the organizational integration of AI solutions.
• Coordination of Forward Deployed AI Engineers for the technical implementation
• Active participation in shaping the group-wide AI strategy

This is what you bring with you

• Completed studies at Bachelor's or Master's level or comparable qualification
• At least 4-6 years of experience in transformation, management consulting, project management, start-up environment or a comparable environment.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in process analysis and design: You know how to systematically record, evaluate, and redesign processes.
• Sufficient technical understanding of software and AI development to work on an equal footing with the Forward Deployed AI Engineers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills at all levels (including C-level)
• Very good German and English skills
