• Development and implementation of the company-wide AI strategy, including the necessary toolkit.
• Analysis of business processes and identification of potential for the use of end-to-end AI and automation solutions
• Managing AI projects and external implementation partners from idea to successful rollout
• Building and developing a scalable AI organization including international team leadership, global governance and company-wide skills development

profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the areas of AI transformation, digitalization, technology consulting, management consulting or comparable roles
• Demonstrable success in the implementation of AI or digitization projects with measurable business benefits
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to translate technical possibilities into economic added value.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on personality with leadership aspirations, strong implementation skills, and an interest in building a future AI organization.
