Job Description We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven AI Transformation Lead to drive Salomon’s enterprise-wide AI transformation within the CDIO Office. This strategic role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and culture. Acting as both catalyst and orchestrator, you will translate AI ambition into measurable business impact while ensuring responsible governance and scalable implementation across the organization. You will serve as Salomon’s AI champion, influencing executive leadership, aligning cross-functional teams, and embedding AI literacy, governance, and innovation into the company’s DNA. Your Main Missions: AI Development & Cultural Transformation • Champion AI adoption and innovation across all business units. • Establish an AI-driven organizational culture through structured change management initiatives. • Design and deliver AI training programs and knowledge-sharing workshops. • Foster cross-functional collaboration to build AI literacy at every level. • Create and animate internal AI communities of practice. AI Governance & Compliance • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, standards, and policies. • Ensure AI initiatives comply with regulatory, ethical, and group-level guidelines. • Establish value-oriented principles for AI innovation aligned with business strategy. • Define AI risk management protocols and monitor responsible usage. • Audit AI systems to ensure compliance and transparency. AI Innovation & Systems Integration • Lead end-to-end implementation of AI innovation projects. • Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows. • Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure scalable deployment. • Measure ROI and optimize the business impact of AI initiatives. • Build and maintain a sustainable AI infrastructure framework. Strategic Leadership & Influence • Engage with the Executive Committee and senior leaders to shape AI investment priorities. • Identify high-value AI use cases and assess feasibility across business units. • Serve as the central coordination leader for AI initiatives across Salomon. Nous recherchons un(e) AI Transformation Lead (F/H) pour piloter la transformation IA de Salomon au sein du CDIO Office. Ce rôle stratégique se situe à l’intersection de la technologie, du business et de la culture d’entreprise. Véritable catalyseur et orchestrateur, vous transformerez l’ambition IA en impact mesurable tout en garantissant une gouvernance responsable et un déploiement scalable. Vous serez l’ambassadeur de l’IA chez Salomon, en influençant les décisions stratégiques, en fédérant les équipes et en développant la maturité IA de l’organisation. Vos principales missions : • Promouvoir l’adoption et l’innovation IA à l’échelle de l’entreprise. • Structurer la transformation culturelle liée à l’IA (formation, communautés, change management). • Définir les cadres de gouvernance IA et garantir la conformité réglementaire et éthique. • Piloter les projets IA de bout en bout et assurer leur intégration dans les systèmes existants. • Mesurer le ROI des initiatives IA et optimiser leur impact business. • Conseiller le Comité Exécutif sur les priorités d’investissement IA. • Être le point de coordination central des initiatives IA au sein de Salomon. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. MBA preferred. • 8+ years of product experience, including at least 2 years in AI product management. • Proven experience scaling AI from pilot projects to enterprise-wide deployment. • Track record of delivering measurable ROI from AI investments. • Strong project management and product methodology expertise. • Deep curiosity and passion for cutting-edge AI applications; hands-on AI development experience is a plus. • Ability to design AI knowledge management frameworks. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value. • Strong innovation mindset and ability to anticipate technological trends. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Certifications (Strong Plus) • AWS Certified Machine Learning • Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer • Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate • DeepLearning AI certifications • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Scrum Master (CSM) Profil recherché : • Bac +5 en business, informatique, intelligence artificielle ou domaine équivalent ; MBA apprécié. • Minimum 8 ans d’expérience produit, dont au moins 2 ans en management produit IA. • Expérience confirmée dans le passage de projets IA pilotes à des déploiements à l’échelle entreprise. • Capacité démontrée à générer un ROI mesurable via des investissements IA. • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et méthodologies produit. • Forte appétence pour les technologies IA avancées ; expérience pratique appréciée. • Excellentes compétences en communication et vulgarisation stratégique. • Vision innovation et capacité à anticiper les évolutions technologiques. • Anglais courant requis.
