Proven experience in business process optimisation, digital transformation, or operational excellence Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in business Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change leadership across diverse teams Analytical mindset with proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and inspire Familiarity with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma) Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Certifications in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) or AI/ML fundamentals are a plus Business acumen with a solid understanding of technology and emerging trends Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
