What you’ll do: Mentor and guide the business analysis team, defining and standardizing analysis processes and frameworks. Lead stakeholder collaboration to gather and document detailed business requirements. Conduct analysis and research on systems, capabilities, and workflows, including process modeling. Design and manage user acceptance testing and ensure consistency and delivery of excellence. Collaborate with project teams and managers for planning, execution, feasibility studies, and impact analysis. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle. What we’re looking for: Advanced business analysis skills with proficiency in process engineering, workflows, and requirement elicitation. Knowledge of project management principles and Agile delivery frameworks. Expert facilitation, stakeholder management, and workshop leadership abilities. Experienced team leader managing technical experts or medium-sized teams (5-20+ members), able to set annual priorities aligned with business objectives. Skilled in leading large, impactful projects and influencing stakeholders to support long-term strategic goals. Competent in budget management and monitoring area spend. Technology Specific Experience Skilled in applying LLMs, RAG, and AI agent workflows to business use cases, defining agent intent, inputs, outputs, controls, and success metrics. Collaborates with engineering and data teams on solution design, testing, and validation of AI capabilities in production. Familiar with platforms like Microsoft 365, OpenAI, ServiceNow, and knowledgeable of responsible AI principles including transparency and auditability. Industry Experience Experienced in enterprise environments with complex processes and decision chains across multiple functions. Worked in cross-functional operations including finance, risk, legal, HR, and IT. Involved in large-scale digital, automation, and AI transformation initiatives supporting multi-business unit adoption and change. Other Specific Role Requirements Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with ability to translate between business and technical teams. Skilled in assessing and prioritizing AI opportunities based on value and feasibility, balancing ambition, risk, and delivery constraints. Experienced in process mapping, requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, and confident collaborating with senior stakeholders. Clear communication skills for executive and delivery audiences, supported by formal education in business or related fields and foundational AI training.
