  • About the RoleAs an AI Transformation Specialist, you will help change how work gets done across the business. You will work closely with different functions to identify manual, repetitive or time-consuming processes and turn them into practical AI-powered solutions.You will design and build AI agents, automations and workflows that work with real business systems and solve real operational problems. From operations and finance to sales, compliance and reporting, your work will have a direct impact on how teams operate.You will work closely with team leaders and senior management, giving you the opportunity to see your solutions go from an idea to something people use every day.What You Will DoUnderstand Business Processes: Work closely with different functions to understand how work is currently done, identify bottlenecks and find opportunities where AI can create meaningful improvements.
  • Build AI Agents and Automations: Design, build, test and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, agent frameworks and APIs.
  • Connect AI to Business Systems: Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, documents, databases and other tools so that your solutions operate within real business workflows.
  • Measure and Improve: Track the impact of your solutions, including time saved, quality and accuracy, and continuously improve them based on real-world results and feedback.
  • Drive AI Adoption: Document the solutions you build, demonstrate them to colleagues and help teams understand how to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work.
  • Stay Current with AI: Keep up with new AI models, tools, frameworks and techniques, and identify opportunities to apply them within the business.
  • Work Across the Group: Move between different functions and business entities, tackling new challenges and building solutions as business priorities evolve.
