We are seeking an AI Video Creator / VEO-3 Expert to architect our next generation of social media ad campaigns. We’re looking for a creative visionary, a digital-age film director, and a prompt-crafting prodigy all in one. As our Lead AI Video Creator, you will be the architect of our most ambitious ad campaigns. You will be using cutting-edge generative AI models (like VEO, Sora, Runway, and Pika) to produce thumb-stopping video ads that don’t just get seen—they get felt, shared, and convert.
This isn’t a traditional video editing role; it’s a unique hybrid of artist, technologist, and storyteller. You will transform strategic briefs into captivating, narrative-driven content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, defining a new visual language for our brand.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of AED 14,000 - AED 20,000/month based on experience and qualifications, with opportunity for up to 10% performance bonus, all tax-free. This transparent range represents our full compensation spectrum, with specific offers determined by relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.

• Lead Generative Video Creation: You will own the creative process from concept to completion, producing a high volume of short-form video ads (10-30 seconds) designed to stop the scroll on Meta (Reels, Stories) and TikTok.
• Master the Art of AI Storytelling: Go beyond simple prompts. You’ll craft intricate narratives, develop unique characters, and build entire visual worlds using text-to-video and image-to-video models. Your prompt engineering skills will be the engine of our creative.
• Bridge the Gap Between AI & A-List Production: Seamlessly blend AI-generated footage with expert post-production. You’ll be responsible for editing, compositing, sound design, color grading, and pacing to deliver a polished, premium final product that feels cohesive and intentional.
• Champion the Brand Voice: Translate our unique blend of humor, whimsy, and sass into visual narratives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure every video tells a compelling story about how Puffy improves our customers’ lives.
• Be Our AI Vanguard: Stay on the bleeding edge of generative AI. You will constantly research, test, and implement new tools, plugins, and workflows, acting as our internal expert and ensuring Puffy’s creative remains ahead of the curve.
• Iterate Based on Performance: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to turn strategic briefs and performance data into powerful visual narratives. You’ll analyze what works (watch time, CTR, conversions) and use those insights to make your next video even better.
