We're looking for a talented person who can generate AI videos for our social media Arabic speaker who can iterate quickly based on performance metrics and feedback, ideally (3-5 reels per day- 5 days a week) with a simple style, for a long-term commitment. Proven experience creating AI-generated videos using tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar Experience creating short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts) Basic video editing skills — transitions, captions, pacing, sound design Ability to write or adapt short Arabic scripts suitable for social media formats Understanding of what makes content perform well on Instagram/TikTok (hooks, retention, engagement) Language Native or fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken) Ability to review and quality-check Arabic voiceovers, captions, and on-screen text for accuracy and natural tone Output & Work Style Ability to consistently produce 3–5 short-form videos per day, 5 days a week Comfortable working at speed without sacrificing quality Quick to iterate based on performance data and feedback — not precious about creative direction Self-managed and reliable with daily delivery deadlines Commitment Available for a long-term ongoing engagement Responsive and communicative — able to act on feedback quickly and flag issues proactively
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is generating 3 to 5 simple-style AI-generated short-form videos (reels) per day, five days a week, for social media. This requires quick iteration based on performance metrics and feedback to ensure content resonates with the target audience.
