Accelerate AI Share Capture: Lead AI Workforce transformation engagements by winning BDMs through consultative selling, discovery sessions, value-based narratives, and compelling demos. Align AI solutions at Work (M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agents, Viva), with customer priorities, develop cases for change, and build ROI-driven business cases to drive qualified pipeline growth. Drive Core Business Momentum: Leverage AI momentum to generate new opportunities in Secure AI Productivity (ME3, ME5, FLW) and Cloud/AI Endpoints (W365, AVD, W365 Link). Deliver Sales Execution Rigor: Attain operational excellence by maintaining robust pipeline coverage, ensuring opportunity hygiene (MCEM sales stages, partner attach, solution play alignment), and orchestrating seamless collaboration across sales, engineering, and partner teams. Accelerate time to value by offering and integrating Unified Enhanced Solutions. Invest in Learning and Upskilling: Embrace a culture of continuous learning and high performance by completing required trainings, building consultative and technical selling expertise, and actively sharing learnings and best practices with peers and the broader community. Complete all compliance trainings on time and proactively identify and escalate risks as appropriate. Few years experience of selling cloud solutions, consulting services, or technical selling experience, preferably in the field of AI for enterprise customers Experienced in designing, value-selling, negotiating and finally landing multi-million cloud/AI deals Proven ability to lead virtual teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in English (Level C2 or higher) AND German (Level B2 or higher).
