We are seeking a passionate, tech-savvy AI4HER Facilitator to lead engaging weekly Zoom sessions and help young girls explore the exciting world of AI. The ideal candidate is confident with AI tools like ChatGPT and enjoys working with youth in an inclusive and supportive setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of AI and prompt engineering concepts
• Experience teaching or mentoring youth (especially ages 14–18)
• Comfortable with Zoom and virtual collaboration tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in education

• Facilitate 6 live virtual sessions (~90 minutes/week)
• Customize slides and materials to suit student needs
• Lead hands-on AI activities using tools like ChatGPT, Monday.com, and Gemini
• Provide student support during sessions and via asynchronous feedback
• Foster a respectful and inclusive online learning space
• Attend a short onboarding session and submit light reporting on progress
