• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.)
• Help on the line during service (plating, garnishing, cooking support)
• Keep kitchen and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with daily tasks as needed
